Wild hops is one of the most refined spontaneous herbs nationally, regionally it is known with different name according to the dialect. Each region has its own typical dish, the most famous ones are risotto and omelette with hops, it is used also for soups and seasoning.

Rinse the frozen hops under cold running water and fry them gently in a pan with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
