Raspberries picked at right level of ripeness, cleaned and frozen to preserve the bright color and the sweet and sour taste. Due to their numerous benefits these berries are also called “red gold” and they are perfect for cakes, jams or desserts.

In freezer:

 In ice box: 3 days
 In refrigerator: 1 day
 Once thawed use the product within 24 hours and do not refreeze

HOW TO USE

Rinse the frozen product under cold running water and then bring to the boil, allowing to simmer for 2 minutes. 
PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED BEFORE EATING
