Available both cultivated and wild these special berries are harvested around the end of summer when they reach the proper maturity, then they are cleaned and IQF frozen to preserve taste and organoleptic properties. As all berries they are ideal for jams and marmalades, shakes and yogurt or pies and tarts.

Once thawed use the product within 24 hours and do not refreeze
Rinse the frozen product under cold running water and then bring to the boil, allowing to simmer for 2 minutes.
