OVEN COOK: place the breaded Porcini slices (still frozen) on a baking tray. Cook in pre-heat oven at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes until crisp and golden. For a crispier result, set the oven to grill mode and complete the last 2-3 minutes. Cooking time may vary.
