Erica’s artichokes are sorted and chosen by their sweet and slightly sour taste and their tender and compact consistency, already cleaned and cut they are ready to use. They are excellent as side dish or dressing for pasta and risotto.

HOW TO USE

Use the artichokes as fresh product: cook in a pot with generous boiling water or sauté in a pan.
