RAMSON

Ramson (also called Wild Garlic) is the wild version of common garlic of which it has the unmistakable smell, but a more delicate taste. It is used indeed to prepare pesto as an alternative to the classic one, but it can be combined with other sautéed vegetables as side dish.

Once thawed use the product within 24 hours and do not refreeze

HOW TO USE

Sauté ramson as traditional garlic otherwise you can blanch it and add it to you recipes: fresh pasta dough, quiche or sauces.
