Due to its itching property nettle is the most common spontaneous herb, it less known though that is also rich of vitamins and precious qualities. Its gentle flavor is perfect for fresh pasta dough and fillings, vegetable soups and with meat and fish.

Once thawed use the product within 24 hours and do not refreeze

HOW TO USE

Fry gently the frozen nettle sprouts in a pan with a little oil and garlic or onion, add salt and pepper to taste and cook until water has consumed.

PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED BEFORE EATING
